Molly Pitcher

McKayleigh's American Revolution Project is on Molly Pitcher. She carried water to the soldiers as they fought the Battle of Monmouth and when her husband, who was manning the guns, was wounded- she hopped right in and took over! McKayleigh ended her report with this: "I chose Molly Pitcher because she is helpful, just like me." ...and you thought all you get are cute pictures of the kids on here! History lessons can be found at The Daily Kirton!
