Christmas is Here!

 

 

 

 

McKayleigh woke up at a bright a early 6:30 am this morning! She ran out and got to see her new BICYCLE Santa left last night! We are opening gifts tomorrow night when Ayden gets back and more pictures will post then! The cuckoo clock is Andrew's present- we have always wanted one for the house, and we've now gotten one! Hooray Santa, hooray Mommy!

McKayleigh is uber excited about the special guest coming by our house tonight! She has been giddy and silly all day! Here's some shots of her in front of our items from our package delivered just in time today!! Thanks Mom and Dad!

Our Visitors!

 

 

My parents came down for a few nights to visit with us and we had a lot of fun! Well, they did- Andrew and I had so much already packed into those few days that we could barely say hello and goodbye to them before heading out the door again! The kids had a blast, my mom was kept busy, and Richard got some R & R. Five days until Christmas!!!

Ayden and I went to McKayleigh's class today to hand out cupcakes! She has that fabulous inconvenient Winter Break birthday, so we have to make sure that she gets a Special Day, just as the rest do!

We walked around Downtown Forest City after the parade and enjoyed the lights. We'll venture back soon, but it was a little chilly Saturday!

Of course, the kids thought it was the best thing ever- have they forgotten the Disney parades already?! :) There were classic cars, fire trucks, police cars, horses, church floats, motorcycles, and CANDY!!!
