How I Spent My Vacation...

Andrew's brother, TJ, and family came to visit us for Father's Day weekend from Florida. We had so much fun and the kids lived it up, as well! We can't wait to have them up again and can't wait to be back in Florida in a few weeks for another family reunion. We love you guys! Thanks again for driving all the way here!

Up the trail...

Shots from the Skyline trail that takes you to the top of the massive Hickory Nut Falls. Andrew and I watched The Last of the Mohicans the other night on AMC (where it was filmed) and the movie didn't wow us as much as it did originally since we have seen the beauty of it in person. ...now the other Kirtons can say they've been there, too!

Last Day...

The Kids are Back in Town!!!

Both of our wee ones are HOME! McKayleigh just got back last night from a trip with her Aunt Gramma, Pampaw, and Gramma Gramma in Maryland. We spent the better part of the morning outside in the hot weather we've been having lately. We set up a pool my mom had given us a while ago in the winter- and it was the PERFECT day to get in! We had a picnic outside to finish off the morning. The kids just got up from their nice long nap, and we are off to go outside again!
